中国“两会”作为中国政治生活中最重要的活动,具有受关注大和信息量大的特点。中国“两会”在扩展中国的对外经济、文化、政治交流的同时,也不断扩大了中国的国际影响力、塑造中国形象和国际传播。本文对中国“两会”举办后,世界主流新旧媒体关注中国“两会”的程度、焦点、议题、评价态度等方面进行跟踪研究,设置三个多语种关键词Twosessions、NPC、CPPC,研究者在谷歌和推特平台上抓取每日浏览量超过2000人数的文本信息,其分别代表国外的传统机构媒体和网友自媒体发布,设置时间为2016年1月1日至2018年3月20日,采用大数据技术辅助网络挖掘及内容分析法,运用DataMiner大数据挖掘平台,共搜集759条样本信息,并构建了3级指标体系,通过对比中国“两会”境外新旧媒体宣传力度、主题、框架、效果进行汇总分析与评估,分析中国“两会”国际传播力,以此总结提升中国国际口碑。
<<As the most important activity in China’s political life,the two sessions of China have the characteristics of great attention and large amount of information. While expanding China’s foreign economic,cultural and political exchanges,China’s “two sessions” have also continuously expanded China’s international influence,molded China’s image and international communication. In this paper,after the “two sessions” were held,the world’s mainstream new and old media paid close attention to the extent,focus,issues,and evaluation attitude of China’s “two sessions.” Setting up three multilingual keywords Two sessions,NPC,CPPC,Researchers grab text information on a web platform that has more than 2000 page views a day。It was issued on behalf of the traditional institutional media of foreign countries and the self-media of netizens,Set up from January 1,2016 to March 20,2018,using big data technology to assist network mining and content analysis,Using Data Miner big data mining platform,a total of 759 samples were collected. And constructed a three-level index system,By comparing the propaganda efforts,themes,frameworks,and effects of the new and old media outside China’s “two sessions”,This paper analyzes the international communication power of China’s “two sessions” and sums up and promotes the city’s international popularity.
