本研究运用二手数据分析、虚拟民族志、深度访谈等方法对社交视频的传播生态进行了评估,发现我国的社交视频创造了新的社会空间和社会关系、生成了丰富的参与式文化、建构了新的营销场景、塑造了媒介文化奇观。但由于社交视频行业的过度娱乐化和资本化运作,产生了负面的社会后果。对此我国密集出台了规制政策,治理社交视频传播生态的路径具体包括:建构行之有效的实时监控体系、敦促社交平台加强社会责任建设、增强用户的自我规范意识、建构更加有效的国家治理政策体系。
<<In this study,the social impact of social videos was assessed by using second-hand data analysis,virtual ethnography,and in-depth interviews. It was found that social videos in China have created new social spaces and social relationships,and produced the abundant participatory culture,constructed a new marketing scenario,and shaped a new media landscape. However,due to excessive entertainment and capitalization of the social video industry in our country,negative social consequences have occurred. The path of governance of social video communication ecology includes:constructing an effective real-time monitoring system,urging social platforms to strengthen social responsibility,enhancing users’ awareness of self-regulation,and establishing a more effective national governance policy system.
