在当下的移动互联网时代,无线宽带网络和4G技术的成熟,大众使用网络的成本日趋低廉,流量已经不再是限制移动终端传播的阻碍,大众在获取和传播信息时打破了以往的时间和空间限制,基于移动智能终端的移动短视频,迅速地兴起并发展。本研究选取5个具有影响力和代表性的移动短视频应用作为研究对象,对其进行新媒体社会责任指标体系的测量。研究发现,在一级指标中,“信息生产”和“文化教育”指标得分处于中等水平,还有较大的提升空间,但“社会监督”和“协调关系”的指标得分都较低,暴露了不少问题。本研究旨在考察移动短视频应用履行新媒体社会责任的状况,在此基础上面对出现的问题,提供对策和发展的建议。
<<In the current era of mobile Internet,with the maturity of wireless broadband networks and 4G technologies,the cost of public use of networks has become gradually low. Flow is no longer a barrier to the spread of mobile terminals. The public has broken the limitation of time and space in acquiring and disseminating information,based on the mobile short video of the mobile intelligent terminal,which quickly rises and develops. In this study,five influential and representative mobile short video applications were selected as the research objects,and the new media social responsibility index system was measured. The study finds that in the first-level indicators,the scores of “information production” and “cultural education” indicators are at a medium level,and there is still much room for improvement. However,the scores of “social supervision” and “coordination relationship” are all lower and exposed a series of problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the status of mobile short video applications in fulfilling new media social responsibilities,and to provide suggestions for countermeasures and development on the basis of these problems.
