本研究选取5个在行业内具有影响力和代表性的视频网站,抽取其首页呈现的视频作为分析样本,借助新媒体社会责任评价指标体系对其进行考察。结果表明,综合类视频网站信息生产功能履行有得有失,信息的真实性、时效性、深广度均表现较好,信息把关和侵权控制也整体较优,其他方面表现欠佳;社会监督功能承担各方面均较为缺乏;文化教育功能偏向娱乐信息生产,其余方面均表现较差;协调关系功能注重优化用户体验,互动性设计尚可,但公共服务提供缺失,线上线下沟通均较为不足。造成这一现状的原因在于:综合类视频网站功能定位决定责任履行的偏向,其市场化倾向影响责任履行的水平,现行制度设计限制了其责任履行的实现。
<<This research selects 5 video websites which are influential and representative in the industry,extracts the videos from the front page as the analysis samples,and measures with the aid of the new media social responsibility evaluation system. The results show that the performance of the information production function of the comprehensive video website has a loss:The authenticity,timeliness,depth and breadth of the information are good,the information control and the tort control are also better while the other aspects are not good. The social supervision function is lacking in all aspects. The cultural and educational functions are biased towards the entertainments neglecting other aspects;Coordination function focus on optimizing the user experience and interactive design is still available. But public service,online and offline communication are inadequate. The reason for this situation is:The functional positioning determines the responsibility performance,the tendency of marketization affects the level of their responsibility performance,and the current policies design limits the realization of their responsibility performance.
