本文在前两次报告的基础上,选取19个传媒类微信公众号为对象,通过两个年度的数据历时性地对比分析其社会责任发展变化情况。数据结果显示,相较于上一年度,2018年传媒类微信公众号的社会责任得分普遍呈上升趋势,尤其是以党媒和传统媒体为依托的网站在信息生产上的示范效应明显;塑造共识指标的得分增长显著,成为传媒类微信公众号的普遍共识;社会监督职能呈现差异化的调整走向;中央主流媒体在微信公众平台的线上沟通渐入佳境。这一系列变化反映出,微信公众平台的成熟发展和政府网络内容规制的合力作用效果开始显现。
<<On the basis of the first two reports,this research takes 19 media WeChat official accounts as samples,comparative analyses the changes of their social responsibility through two years data. The results show that,compared with the previous year,the social responsibility score of the media WeChat official accounts in 2018,is generally on the rise. Especially,the party media and the web sites based on traditional media have a clear demonstration effect on the information production. And the score of building consensus has increased significantly. It has become a common consensus of the media WeChat official accounts. The social supervision function shows a different adjustment trend. The online communication function of central mainstream media’s on WeChat public platform is getting better. This series of changes reflect the effect of the mature development of WeChat public platform and the government network content regulation.
