智能互联网崛起的背景下,新媒体正在经历观念革命、形态迭代、产业融合和市场升级,为准确把握新媒体发展趋向与未来前景,对新媒体社会责任进行全面、客观和系统的评价,本文对2015~2018年新媒体社会责任的履行现状进行整体梳理与比较分析,在此基础上对新媒体社会责任评价指标体系进行框架调适,以期增强其评价效力的适用性与科学性,进而为智能互联网情境下新媒体社会责任的提升提供对策。
<<Under the background of the rise of intelligent internet,new media is experiencing conceptual revolution,form iteration,industrial convergence and market upgrade. In order to accurately grasp the development trend and future prospects of new media,this paper makes a comprehensive,objective and systematic evaluation of the social responsibility of new media,and advances the status quo of the implementation of social responsibility of new media in 2015-2018. Based on the analysis and comparison,this paper adjusts the framework of the new media social responsibility evaluation index system in order to enhance the applicability and scientificity of its evaluation effectiveness,and then provides countermeasures for the promotion of new media social responsibility in the context of intelligent Internet.
