2018年，我国地方政府的政务公开工作继续向纵深推进，有一些亮点和成就，但是也存在政务公开的互动性不足、智能化不足、规范化不足等问题，面临咨询服务功能存在虚置化倾向、网站检索功能存在形式化倾向、申请信息回复存在随意化倾向等挑战。为了克服上述“三个不足、三个倾向”，进一步推动政务公开工作，要强化政务公开的互动性，促进政府网站咨询服务功能的实在化；推进政务公开的智能化，提升网站检索功能的人性化；加强政务公开的规范化，实现政府信息答复的合法、规范与程序化。
<<In 2018，the opening government in local level makes great progress，but there are also some problems，including the lack of communication，of intelligence，and of standardization. In order to deal with these “three lacks”，to motivate the opening government，we should enhance the communication of opening government，the intelligence of opening government，and the standardization of opening government.
