宁夏回族自治区历史悠久，非物质文化遗产资源丰富，独具特色。目前，宁夏回族自治区在非遗保护方面取得了一些成就，如政府出台法律法规进行保护、建立了四级非遗名录保护体系、建立了非遗保护传承基地、推动非物质文化遗产进校园传承、成立非物质文化遗产传承人联合会、形成了非物质文化遗产的品牌影响力等。然而，在保护工作中也存在传承人老龄化、资金投入不足等问题需要解决。报告认为，可以通过培养传承人、对非遗进行数字化保护、加强非遗交流和宣传等方式，促进宁夏回族自治区非遗保护工作的长远发展。
<<The study reports on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region which has a long history and rich resources of intangible cultural heritage with unique characteristics. It firstly reviews the accomplishments as the complete protection system at four levels，the establishment of protection bases，the fund of the association of the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage，and the implementation of relevant laws and regulations. Then，the study analyzes the two problems：the aging of the inheritors and the insufficient investment funds. It finally provides some countermeasures as cultivating inheritors，enforcing digital protection，and enhancing communication and publicity.
