The Charhar Institute focuses on the research in the field of international relations and produces research publications represented by the “Public Diplomacy Quarterly”，“Chahar Public Diplomacy Series”，“Introduction to Public Diplomacy” and the “Charhar Report”. The research report represented by the Charhar Roundtable has also been held annually. In the process of development，four aspects of organizational characteristics are reflected including making public diplomacy as the key direction，emphasizing the international influence of think tanks，and creating a high-quality professional communication.
