The Chinese foundation think tanks can be the specific organization type of the Chinese social think tanks. It produces public research outcomes and fulfill its advisory function by rational use of the funds raised by the organization.At present，these organizations are developing rapidly，having a certain scale，and showing the characteristics of organizational development at the macro and micro levels. Finally，this section summarizes the operation mode of the Chinese Foundation think tanks from both its “fund management” and “research process”. Its “fund management” of the Chinese foundation think tanks are summarized as the fundraising mode，the source of funds mode and the capital use mode；its operation mode of the research process is summarized as the research project source mode，research project operation mode，and research result output mode. And，this section makes a distinction between the specific types of each mode，each theme，in order to show the overall development of the Chinese foundation think tanks.
