With the Issuance of “Guidance to Deepen Internet Plus Advanced Manufacturing and Develop Industrial Internet”，the industrial internet develops rapidly. As one of the three major systems of industrial Internet，security system is the premise and guarantee of the development of industrial Internet. In order to enhance industrial internet network security protection，we analyze the security risk，and do a research on the current protection policy and management of American，summarize the challenges and problems in the process of development，finally put forward the policy suggestions for protecting the industrial internet in the new situations.
