The World Economic Outlook report released by the International Monetary Fund （IMF） in October lowered the overall economic growth forecast for Macau in 2018，which was adjusted downward to 6.3% from 7% forecasted in April. At the same time，the economy of Macau was adjusted upward from 6.1% to 6.3% in 2019. From January to September 2018，a total of 25，813，264 visitors visited Macau，an increase of 8.3% year-on-year. The inbound source market is still concentrated in Mainland China，Hong Kong，China and Taiwan，China accounting for 91.3% of the total number of inbound visitors during the same period. Tourism products and tourism service exports markets are far from diversified，which are the bottleneck of Macau's economy and needed to be resolved.
