从“互联网+”到数字中国,数字经济不断发展,逐渐与各行各业深度融合。其中数字文旅产业势如破竹,成为解决当下旅游业转型升级缓慢、缺乏要素整合聚力、新业态培育不足、供需水平落差等问题的重要手段。本报告以腾讯文旅“一部手机游云南”和“赫尔辛基城市行囊”项目为例,探讨如何在数字经济背景下,推进全域数字化旅游体系建设,创新旅游服务、旅游管理、旅游营销和体验,以对数字文旅的未来发展产生借鉴意义。
<<From “Internet” to “Digital China”,the digital economy has been developing constantly,and it has gradually integrated deeply with various industries. Among them,the digital culturaltourism industry is becoming a solution to the slow transformation of tourism industry,lack of integration of elements,gap between supply and demand. Under the background of digital economy,in order to realize the construction of digital tourism system in the whole region,Tencent culturaltourism has actively promoted the construction of digital intelligent tourism platform,represented by domestic “one mobile phone tour Yunnan” and overseas “Helsinki City luggage”,which is to innovate tourism services,tourism management,tourism marketing and experiences. This has provided a good examplefor the future development of digital travel,helps to promote the digital economy and tourism in China.
