人才评价是人才发展体制机制的重要组成部分,是人才资源开发、使用和流动等环节的前提。本文以北京市哲学社会科学人才评价为研究对象,讨论了北京市在哲学社会科学人才评价方面所做的实践探索、面临的主要问题,对进一步完善人才评价“指挥棒”,加强哲学社会科学人才队伍建设提出了改革建议。
<<Talent evaluation is an important part of the talent development system and mechanism,and it is the prerequisite for the development,use and flow of human resources. This paper takes the evaluation of philosophy and social science talents in Beijing as the research object,discusses the practical exploration and major problems of evaluation of philosophy and social science talents,and how to further improve the role of evaluation “baton” and strengthen philosophy and social sciences. The reform of the talent team has put forward reform proposals.
