人才服务体系建设对于提升第三区域地方品质发挥关键作用。本文以北京地区的第三区域为例,探索人才服务体系建设,将人才服务体系界定为由需求侧和供给侧组合而成,需求侧主要分为人才和专业机构在工作相关、生活相关、家庭相关三个方面的需求,并通过量化调研分析了人才服务需求内容。在此基础上,结合国际城市的经验借鉴,提出了第三区域人才服务供给体系建设的路径建议。
<<The construction of a talent service system plays a key role in improving local quality in the third area. This paper takes some third areas in Beijing as examples to explore the construction of talent service system in the third area,and defines the talent service system as a combination of demand-side and supply-side. The demand side is mainly divided into three aspects:work-related,life-related and family-related. Through quantitative research we analyzed the service demand content of talents in the third area. On this basis,combined with the experience of international cities,the paper puts forward the path suggestion for the construction of talent service supply system in the third area.
