The construction of a talent service system plays a key role in improving local quality in the third area. This paper takes some third areas in Beijing as examples to explore the construction of talent service system in the third area，and defines the talent service system as a combination of demand-side and supply-side. The demand side is mainly divided into three aspects：work-related，life-related and family-related. Through quantitative research we analyzed the service demand content of talents in the third area. On this basis，combined with the experience of international cities，the paper puts forward the path suggestion for the construction of talent service supply system in the third area.
