The development of the Internet not only has a great impact on the labor market pattern，but also affects the employment ability and income level of the workers. This article uses the Chinese general social survey data on Internet use will affect the individual salary to carry on the empirical analysis，using OLS regression，Heckman two-phase model and QR regression analysis of the whole sample，different income groups，the characteristics of the groups of different skills，the study found that：first，individual Internet use behavior can make individual annual income increased by 46.52%；second，the use of the Internet has a significant impact on middle-income and low-income people，and has no significant impact on high-income groups. Specifically，the use of the Internet increased the wages of employed workers in the 25% and 50% quantile respectively by 11950.23 and 8371.39 yuan respectively；third，the income of high-skilled workers using the Internet increased by 83.39%，well above the overall sample regression results，and the use of the Internet had no significant impact on low-skilled workers.
