    中国新就业形态的就业质量研究:以滴滴出行平台为例

    摘要

    本研究构建了新就业形态就业质量评价指标体系,并以滴滴平台工作作为案例,分别从宏观、平台、微观三个层面对滴滴平台工作的就业质量做出评价,总结了新就业形态就业质量的特点,并提出相应政策建议。报告显示,滴滴平台创造了3066万个灵活就业机会,对提升劳动生产率、降低失业率作用显著。新就业形态的收入水平、收入稳定性等均优于传统非正规就业,甚至部分指标水平高于传统正规就业。新就业形态将成为解决我国就业问题,提升社会就业质量的重要途径。

    Abstract

    This study constructs an evaluation index system for the employment quality of new forms of employment,and takes the work of dropping platforms as an example,evaluates the employment quality of dropping platforms from macro,platform and micro levels,summarizes the characteristics of the employment quality of new forms of employment,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. The report shows that the drop-by-drop platform has created 3.06 million flexible employment opportunities,which has played a significant role in improving labor productivity and reducing unemployment. The income level and income stability of the new employment form are better than those of the traditional informal employment,and even some indicators are higher than those of the traditional formal employment. The new employment pattern will be an important way to solve the employment problem and improve the quality of social employment.
