在《文化部“十三五”时期文化产业发展规划》等国家政策的驱动,前沿技术不断革新的背景下,近两年,我国数字文化产业经历了高速增长的过程,相应的数字文化对外贸易发展态势良好。2017年,我国文化产品和服务进出口总额1265。1亿美元,同比增长11。1%。数字娱乐产品是数字文化对外贸易的主力,以网络游戏、网络文学为代表的数字文化产品在我国数字文化对外贸易中发挥了巨大的作用。本报告旨在研究我国数字文化对外贸易发展现状和特点,剖析数字文化对外贸易中存在的问题,并提出相应对策和建议,致力于继续扩大我国数字文化对外贸易,优化文化产品对外贸易结构,培养一批有竞争力的数字文化企业,提高我国文化产业软实力和国际话语权。
<<In the context of the continuous innovation of《The Cultural Industry Development Plan during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period “of the Ministry of Culture》and other national policies,as well as the innovative frontier technology,In the past two years,China’s digital cultural industry has experienced a process of rapid growth,correspondingly,the digital culture has developed rapidly in foreign trade. In 2017,the total import and export volume of China’s cultural products and services was US$126.51 billion,an increase of 11.1% year-on-year. Digital entertainment products are the main force of digital culture’s foreign trade. Digital cultural products represented by online games and online literature have played an important role in the digital foreign trade of China. This report aims to study the status and characteristics of the development of foreign trade in digital culture in China,analyze the problems in the foreign trade of digital culture,and come up with corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which hopes to expand our foreign trade in digital culture,optimize the structure of foreign trade in cultural products,cultivate a number of competitive digital cultural companies,and increase China’s cultural industry’s soft power and international discourse.
