As a party to the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage，China has been actively carrying out the Safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage. The inventory system of intangible cultural heritage Safeguarding has been established，which not only reflects the spirit of the convention，but also conforms to China’s national conditions. It plays an important role in protecting China’s multi-ethnic cultural traditions and intangible cultural heritage. However，with the rapid development of China’s economy and society，some problems has been shown in China’s intangible cultural heritage Safeguarding inventory system，need to improve and perfect with keep pace with the times.
