本报告依据联合国妇女署与联合国全球契约办公室共同发起的“赋权予妇女原则——性别平等带来经济发展”行动倡议,对收集到的127份信息通信技术(ICT)行业2018年发布的企业社会责任报告进行评估和分析,并提出针对性建议。研究发现,中国ICT企业报告中对性别平等相关信息披露的整体水平较低,并呈现以下特征:外资企业更重视性别平等议题披露,企业政策支持性别平等信息披露充分,报告重视员工健康、安全的信息披露,促进供应链性别平等信息披露不足,企业关于性骚扰等敏感话题披露保守,企业开展女性公益项目的披露有待加强。
<<Based on the Women's Empowerment Principles – Equality Means Business,a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact,127 CSR reports of ICT industries issued in 2018 were collected,assessed and analyzed with targeted recommendations in this report. The research found that the average level of information disclosure on gender equality in China's ICT companies is relatively low with the following characteristics:Most companies include gender equality in corporate policies,and the information on protection of the health and safety of female employees is more detailed,while the disclosure about driving supply chain partners to promote gender equality is insufficient. The disclosure on public welfare projects that show women empowerment needs to be strengthened. As for the type of business,the content of gender equality disclosed in these reports from foreign-funded companies is richer and more complete.
