Based on the Women's Empowerment Principles – Equality Means Business，a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact，127 CSR reports of ICT industries issued in 2018 were collected，assessed and analyzed with targeted recommendations in this report. The research found that the average level of information disclosure on gender equality in China's ICT companies is relatively low with the following characteristics：Most companies include gender equality in corporate policies，and the information on protection of the health and safety of female employees is more detailed，while the disclosure about driving supply chain partners to promote gender equality is insufficient. The disclosure on public welfare projects that show women empowerment needs to be strengthened. As for the type of business，the content of gender equality disclosed in these reports from foreign-funded companies is richer and more complete.
