Based on the GBEE-CRAS2018，127 CSR reports of ICT companies in 2018 were assessed and analyzed in this report with targeted recommendations. The research found that the materiality，innovativeness，completeness and credibility of CSR reports from ICT industry are higher than the average CSR reporting quality in China and present the following stage characteristics：the number of social responsibility reports in this industry has increased，in the “catch-up stage” overall. ICT companies compile reports according to the Guidance on Social Responsibility of Information and Communication Technology Industry，and more representatively present their CSR practices；supply chain and ecological protection are the key disclosure directions of them and information disclosure in the community engagement needs to be further strengthened.
