Based on the GBEE-CRAS2018，63 CSR reports of mining companies in 2018 were collected，assessed and analyzed，and suggestions were proposed accordingly. The research found that the CSR reports of mining companies in 2018 have the following stage characteristics：the overall reporting quality is improving constantly from the “development stage” to the “catch-up stage”；these reports focus on the disclosure of the Belt and Road Initiative practices，especially the community communication；more and more mining companies begin to disclose the information on the use of modern technology to improve the safety and environmental management as well as ecological protection and targeted poverty alleviation practices；these reports fail to keep tightly with the times and the degree of “internationalization” that needs to be improved.
