Based on the GBEE-CRAS2018，25 CSR reports of the SOEs under the supervision of the Shanghai SASAC in 2018 were collected，assessed and analyzed in this report，and suggestions were proposed accordingly by comparing the evaluation scores with the overall situation of the CSR reports released by the SOEs under the supervision of the Shanghai SASAC and the central SOEs in 2017. The research found that the reporting quality of the SOEs under the supervision of the Shanghai SASAC is improving gradually and that the social responsibility management has been highly valued，but still has a long way to go if compared with the central SOEs. The reports released by the SOEs under the supervision of the Shanghai SASAC in 2018 focus on responding to social development trends and the information disclosure reflects industry characteristics.
