With the increasing adoption of the internet and the growing number of minors in internet use，school violence has acquired some new features of the internet era. Cultivation Theory has offered theoretical insights on the transformation and evolution of internet violence. Relevant survey results also show that harmful content or misconduct in the internet is positively correlated with secondary schoolers’ approval of school violence and real school violence. In response to these new features of school violence，we should find some new way out in the prevention against it.
