The Olympic Games is a kind of public ritual in the context of political theater.The media coverage of the Olympic Games can make this kind of ritual produce national natural effect.This article uses content analysis ，which analyze Sixth Tone's series reports on the Rio Olympic based on the Geoffman Framework Theory，finding that in the theater ceremony，the national image generated in the ritual，rights and emotional significance of the three aspects .In the political rituals，Sixth Tone adopt the equilibrium reports and return to the individual，in order to achieve the transfer of power discourse.
