大众媒介是公众获取有关气候变化的主要渠道,对气候新闻的多元建构及塑造的媒介形象都会直接影响到公众的认知水平。“气候难民”问题因其关乎全人类的生存及发展,成为全球各大气候会议的重要议题。大众媒介在呈现“气候难民”的报道时,也促进了新闻传播学界对于气候传播的持续深入研究。本文将以索马里干旱事件为研究个例,从新闻文本的语言特征、报道议题的多维分布、博弈主体的话语架构三个层面进行媒体话语分析,以期探究人道主义危机“气候难民”形象建构,提升公众对“气候难民”议题的多维认知和理性参与意识,助推全球治理行动。
<<The mass media is the main channel for the public to acquire information about climate change.The multiple construction of climate news and shaping the media image will directly affect the public's cognition level.The issue of “climate refugees” has become an important topic in major climate conferences around the world because of its existence and development concerning all mankind.When presenting the “climate refugees” report,the mass media also promoted the continued study of climate communication by the journalism and communication scholars.This article will take the case of Somalia Drought as a case study.Media discourse analysis will be carried out from the perspective of linguistic features of news texts,the multidimensional distribution of reported topics and the discursive framework of the game main body,with a view to exploring the media of the image construction of “climate refugees” in the humanitarian crisis Discourse characteristics to raise public awareness of multi-dimensional cognitive and rational participation in “climate refugees” issues and boost global governance initiatives.
