Furthermore，it raises some concern on the taxation system of social insurance cost，and it witnesses the increase of number of labor disputes with upward trend of mass disturbance. The 17th Congress of All China Federation of Trade Unions emphasizes the importance of Xi Jinping’S statement on the working class and the work of All China Federation of Trade Unions，and reiterates the priority on protecting workers’ rights and establishing harmonious working relationship. Regarding the impact of China-US Economic and Trade Friction，the evaluation shows that it causes the decrease of labor demand on the short run and requires close examination for the long run.
