食品药品安全与人民群众身体健康、生命安全、经济发展和社会稳定大局息息相关。2018年国务院机构改革虽然拆分了原国家食品药品监督管理总局的职能，但是重新组建的机构表明国家对于食品药品安全的重视有增无减。本文对过去一年我国的食品药品情况进行了概述，食品药品安全状况总体稳中向好，但仍然存在一些不足之处。本文结合典型的食品药品安全事件剖析当前食品药品中存在的问题，食品方面的问题主要集中在微生物污染、农兽药残留、添加剂等传统的食品安全风险上，药品方面的问题集中在生产工艺的控制、数据的可追溯性等方面。通过剖析食品药品的安全问题，本文提出了加强企业自主责任、加强全过程监管以及检查员队伍建设等一系列提升我国食品药品安全水平的建议，旨在促进我国食品药品事业健康发展。
<<Food and drug safety relates to people’S wellbeing，the stability of economic development，and the fundamental interests of the public. It is important to analyze the situation of food and drug safety which will provide crucial information to public policy-making. Also，it is critical to make the public well-informed on the condition of food and drug safety. With the restructure of China Food and Drug Administration in 2018，the new institution puts more emphasis on strict standards and the inspection of food and drug safety. The report introduces the general situation of the food and drug safety with special focus on typical cases，and presents policy recommendation for future work.
