China’s social security has moved into a stable stage with new characteristics. Since the eighth institutional reform which is launched from the central government，the State Medical Insurance Administration has been established，which integrates different bureaus within the social insurance system. The integration demonstrates an important progress of modernization of social insurance and security system. With the central deployment mechanism of the system of basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees and the implementation of Regulations of Enterprise Annuity，the employment related injury system moves forward. The social insurance system plays an important role in the campaign against poverty，which improves the system of medical expenditure settlement between different locations. Furthermore，the measure of payment has integrated into the taxation system，which causes extensive public attention. The public hold both high expectation and concern towards the newly established State Medical Insurance Administration.
