在国际和国内文化产业大发展大繁荣的背景下,我国民营文化企业发展环境持续改善,政策扶持力度不断加大。民营文化企业作为国内和国际文化市场强有力的参与者,不仅是我国文化经济新的生力军,同时也是中华文化走向世界的主力军。然而目前我国民营文化企业在国际化过程中依然存在文化资源配置不合理、资金掣肘问题突出、人才匮乏、创新不足、行业自律需要加强等问题。因此要进一步创造公平竞争的市场环境,加强文化市场的法制化建设,完善并优化支持企业境外投资的各项财税政策,重视文化人才的培养、引入和激励,发挥互联网的功能,从而促进我国民营文化企业更好地走向国际市场。本报告通过对我国民营企业的现状研究,总结出目前民营企业所面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策及建议。
<<Under the background of vigorous development and prosperity of cultural industry in both domestic and overseas,the development environment of China's private cultural enterprises becomes better continuously and policies supports are strengthened.As competitive participants in cultural market of both domestic and overseas,China's private cultural enterprises are not only the new power of development of domestic cultural market,but also the main force which promotes Chinese culture.However,there are still many problems in the development process of China's private cultural enterprises,such as unreasonable cultural supervision system,serious shortage of capital and talents,limited creativity and out-of-order market etc.Therefore,we have to create the environment with the characteristics of fair competition and legal basis,strengthen the talent cultivation and the function of internet in order to push the construction and international development of China's private cultural enterprises.
