随着“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,中国已经成为全球最大的文化产品出口国。文化贸易成为切实有效联通“一带一路”的重要纽带。文化是民心相通最广泛的领域,发展文化贸易既推动贸易畅通,又有利于促进“一带一路”沿线各国民心相通,为深化合作奠定坚实的民意基础,为基础设施建设等其他领域的合作起到润滑和桥梁的作用。“一带一路”沿线国家是中国开展国际贸易的重要区域。本报告通过对中国对外文化贸易现状和中东欧国家对外文化贸易发展现状的分析,旨在帮助中国与中东欧国家在文化贸易领域提高合作程度,实现互利共赢。
<<China has become one of the biggest countries of cultural products with the “Belt and Road”initiative.Cultural trade plays a pivotal role in the “Belt and Road”.Culture is the area which can broaden people-to-people bonds.The development of cultural trade not only facilitates trade but also promotes the connection of people in the countries along “Belt and Road”and builds the bridge of cooperation in infrastructure and other areas.Countries along the “The belt and Road” are important partners of China in international trade.This paper analyzes the cooperation situation of China and Central and Eastern Europe Countries in cultural trade.
