新闻出版是文化产业的主力军，在过去六年间，新闻出版行业发展迅速，行业的国际竞争力不断增强，已成为新的经济增长点。“十二五”期间国家也出台一系列政策鼓励支持出版“走出去”。科幻图书《三体》的海外发行获得成功，也成为值得业内学习研究的案例。尽管版权问题及贸易逆差问题仍需要进一步解决，但总体来说未来出版界“走出去”发展势头良好。本报告介绍了过去“十二五”期间新闻出版对外贸易发展概况并深入分析了其中出现的问题。
<<Press and publishing industry is always the major support of Chinese cultural industry.During 2011-2016，press and publishing industry had grown fast and became the new economic growth point.The competitiveness of Chinese press and publishing industry in international market had also been improved.The Chinese government also introduced supportive policies to help press and publishing export to other countries and the success of The Three-Body Problem was a good case for the insiders.Though the copyright problem and the increasing of adverse balance may become the obstacle on the way of Chinese press and publishing works “going out”，in general，the future of press and publishing foreign trade may still be promising.This report introduces the overview of development in 2011-2015 and analyses the current situation and problems of press and publishing foreign trade.
