    “一带一路”背景下中国文化贸易发展的机遇与挑战(2017年)

    摘要

    党的十八大以来,在世界经济复苏乏力、局部冲突和动荡频发、全球性问题加剧的大背景下,我国经济发展进入新常态,中国不断统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局、协调推进“四个全面”战略布局,“十二五”规划胜利完成,“十三五”规划顺利实施,改革全面发力、多点突破、纵深推进,着力增强改革系统性、整体性、协同性,压茬拓展改革广度和深度,使得经济建设取得重大成就,发展质量和效益不断提升,供给侧结构性改革深入推进,经济结构不断优化。在这样全方位、开创性的成就中,在深层次、根本性的变革环境下,中国文化产业同样蓬勃发展,文化自信得到了有效提升。在“一带一路”倡议引领下,中国对外文化贸易也迎来发展机遇期,呈现迅速增长的态势,无论从对外文化贸易的规模扩大、结构优化还是从国内文化产业的基础夯实,以及国家各级的政策支持看,都表现出持续的内生动力。然而在国际竞争中,中国对外文化贸易也不可避免地面临各种挑战,只有正确对待这些挑战,找到合理的应对策略与措施,中国对外文化贸易才能最大限度地利用经济增长的国内环境,高效准确地站稳国际市场,真正实现中国文化产品与服务的“走进去”。

    Abstract

    Since the 18th CPC National Congress,China has been promoting its strategic layout and during this period the 12th Five-Year Plan was successfully implemented and the 13th Five-Year Plan was announced.Also during this time the world was trying to escape problems like the economic decline,social unrest,etc.In such an environment,the cultural industry of China also grows increasingly and the cultural confidence is highlighted.

    With the deepening of reform in all respects and the improvement of system reform,great achievements have been realized,the efficiency and quality of developed have been highly enhanced and the economic structure has been improved.

    The international development strategy of the Belt and Road has led China's international cultural trade to come across the developing opportunities,marking the trend of quick increase.Endogenous power has been shown in the extension of cultural trade,the structure optimization,and the improvement of domestic market.Facing the international competition,China's cultural trade still needs to overcome challenges form inside and outside.Only through finding reasonable measures can China's cultural trade make full use of the domestic development and occupy the international market precisely,truly realize the globalization of China's cultural products and services.
