“Internet +” is a new format for the development of the Internet under Innovation 2.0 as well as a new form of economic and social development that has been driven by the evolution of the Internet in the form of the Innovation 2.0 of Knowledge Society. As a unit cell of social governance，the urban community is the basic service management platform for the modernization of social governance. In the era of “Internet+”，how to organically integrate “Internet+” and urban community governance to achieve collaborative governance in the community has become an important issue for the development of the community in China. In this paper we took the urban community governance innovation in the D district of G province as a case study. Through learning and analyzing the current status of the “Internet +” community governance in the D district，we pointed out the problems in the “Internet +” community governance，and tried to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The governance of the urban community can make breakthroughs in the original structure and enable the integration and optimization of social forces，so as to achieve the improvement of governance capabilities and service levels，and ultimately promote social good governance.
