The year of 2017 was an important period for China to build its cyberspace security system which，at the same time，developed quit rapidly.This paper summarized some essential legal systems for cyberspace security in China enacted and enforced in 2017，and analyzed the researches on the main issue of cyberspace security made by academics，in order to reveal the progress of cyberspace security system construction and academic research in that year.
