本文依据中国对外服务工作行业协会（简称“外服协会”）对所属会员单位2017年度经营情况调查统计问卷的结果撰写。本文在总结梳理“外服协会”会员单位总体经营情况、业务布局和各主要业态发展情况的基础上，解读了2017年度人力资源服务各主要业态的演变特点与动因，结合一些热点问题，分析了当前人力资源服务业发展面临的挑战并探讨了人力资源服务业的发展态势。
<<This paper is based on China Association of Foreign Service Trades（CAFST）'s survey on the operation of its member units in 2017.Based on a summary of the overall operation，business layout and development of main businesses of the CAFST member units，this paper also provides analysis of the features and underlying reasons for changes of the main forms of businesses of the human resource service industry，as well as challenges and development trend for the human resource service industry together with hotspot issues.
