党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义事业开创了新局面,同时也对公务员管理和公务员队伍建设提出了新的要求。围绕建设高素质专业化公务员队伍的目标,我国公务员管理在深化分类管理改革、强化面向基层选拔导向、推行职务与职级并行制度、完善交流和考核机制、加强队伍能力建设、完善监督和纪律惩戒等各方面均取得新进展。
