To prevent the major safety accidents，it is important to establish and improve the national public safety system. The paper through the public online 38 special report of accident investigation which from state administration of safety administration，use inductive statistics research methods to analyze extremely large accidents distribution for the integrated statistics from the type，the accident causes，occurrence time，occur，regional，industry of our country from 2006 to 2015，found that high rates increase prominently from the earlier coal mine safety accidents to the major road traffic accidents，and put forward the basic countermeasures to strength the management of the production safety.
