《国务院办公厅关于进一步深化基本医疗保险支付方式改革的指导意见》(以下简称意见)明确提出,引导医疗机构建立以合理诊疗为核心的绩效考核评价体系,体现多劳多得、优劳优酬。但是综观国内外,比较常见的是用绩效考核进行医院的管理,但是较少涉及如何进行医院绩效管理的标准化评价,故此,本报告以城市(或区域)为单位,探索和推动医院绩效管理的标准化评价,参考国际、国内医院绩效主要的评价方法,聚焦可量化的标准制定和标准化评价。

However,at home and abroad,it is more common to use performance appraisal for hospital management,but its is less common to use a standardized evaluation of hospital performance management?Therefore,this article explores and promotes the standardized evaluation of hospital performance management by city(or by region),and focuses on quantifiable standard setting and standardization evaluation.
