The international trends and the China’s strategic practice of hospital standard system reform was carded in the paper，and there were introduced for the making and practice exploration of the current situation of Chinese hospital quality management standards，and the policy environment and the opportunity and challenge of the standard development，furthermore，the strategy recommendations were put forward that we should adapt to the “Healthy China Strategy” and deepen the time requirement of “Power Devolution-Management-Service” reform，and grasp the Key point to advance the development of hospital standardization orderly.
