International and domestic trends in corporate compliance show a strengthening awareness among Chinese firms “going out” of the need for compliance and compliance management to achieve stable development. This chapter presents over ten compliance case studies of Chinese and foreign companies，covering both positive and negative examples，and analyzes them from a compliance management perspective. Case studies were selected to present a key area of corporate compliance or for their intrinsic reference value.

The compliance case studies of leading companies presented in this chapter provide lessons for Chinese enterprises expanding abroad.
