医院评审是国际通用的医院评价形式和监管手段。回顾国内外医院评审评价历史，其发展与政策环境相关。1989年开始，由政府主导的中国医院评审经历了两个周期的实践总结，其政策导向正在向政府引导的第三方医院评审评价转变。
<<Hospital Accreditation is a internationally common method to evaluate and supervise a hospital. By looking back the history，it is found that its development is related to the policy environment. The Chinese hospital accreditation began in 1989 by Chinese official department has gone through two periods. Now the policy is developing into third-party hospital accreditation.
