“一带一路”倡议提出5年来，取得了超出预期的效果。“一带一路”的成功，关系到互利共赢合作模式的生命力，关系到中国倡导的构建人类命运共同体的号召力和影响力。本文在分析成绩的基础上，进一步探讨了“一带一路”建设存在的问题和矛盾，并针对这些问题和矛盾提出了应选择的政策策略，以指导“一带一路”建设项目进一步有效地规避风险，积极稳妥地向前推进。本文对“一带一路”建设有积极的贡献，值得政策制定部门和“一带一路”的参与企业关注和了解。
<<In the five years since it was launched，the results of the Belt and Road Initiative（BRI）have surpassed expectations. This success is based on the vitality of mutually beneficial and win-win modes of cooperation，drawing on impetus provided by the vision of “a community of shared future for mankind” proposed by China.
Based on analysis of BRI achievements to date，this chapter examines issues and contradictions encountered in the implementation of the BRI in more detail. It also proposes corresponding solutions to mitigate risks and ensure the smooth development of the BRI. This chapter is a positive contribution to the development of the BRI，offering a valuable reference for policymakers and enterprises participating in the BRI.
