In recent years，the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to food safety，and General Secretary Xi Jinping has given important instructions on food safety work for many times. In order to understand the food safety situation，residents’ evaluation and demands on food safety and find out the problems in food safety，the Beijing General Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics carried out a survey on food safety public satisfaction in Beijing for three consecutive years. The survey result shows that the food safety situation in Beijing is generally stable，and the residents have a high evaluation of the “four most stringent”. At the same time，food safety risks and hidden dangers still exist，and food safety assurance has a long way to go.
