为了填补中国人群水质健康基准的空白并补充中国水质基准系统,本文利用中国人群暴露参数,采用美国水质健康基准中致癌物线性推导公式,对砷、多氯联苯和苯并(a)芘的水质健康基准进行推导,用非致癌推导公式对汞和镍的水质健康基准进行推导。基于中国人群暴露参数的汞、镍、砷、苯并(a)芘和多氯联苯的水质健康基准值分别为0。028微克/升、374微克/升、0。011微克/升、0。003微克/升和0。000033微克/升。由于水环境质量、人群暴露参数及人群暴露条件不同,中国的水质健康基准与美国、日本、欧盟和世界卫生组织的水质健康基准有所不同。本文推导得到的水质健康基准能基本代表中国人群的环境暴露特征,可在无权威数据的情况下为相关部门和相关研究提供参考。
<<In order to fill the gap of water quality criteria for human health and supplement the water quality criteria system in China,water quality criteria for the protection of human health were deduced by using the exposure factors of our country and the relevant parameters quoted from deriving the water quality criteria in the United States,in which the water quality criteria of arsenic,PCBs and benzo (a) pyrene were derived from linear formula of carcinogen when the water quality criteria of mercury and nickel were derived by formula of non-carcinogen. The water quality criteria based on exposure factor of our country of mercury,nickel,arsenic,benzopyrene and PCBs are 0.028μg/L,374μg/L,0.011μg/L,0.003μg/L and 0.000033μg/L,respectively. Owing to the difference of water quality,exposure factors of Chinese population and exposure conditions,the water quality criteria of China is different from that of USA,Japan,EU and WHO. The water quality criteria derived in this paper can basically represent the environmental exposure characteristics of Chinese population,and can be used as a reference for relevant departments and researches before authoritative data are available.
