This paper summarizes the basic experience of many years’ research on healthy city construction，emphasizes the basic strategy of optimizing healthy city construction research，and holds the “seven points of attention”；in the new era，healthy city and healthy rural construction will step into the fast lane，focusing on the “seven links”.
