At present，the daily energy operation in Beijing is basically stable. The gas supply system has been further optimized，the scale of the clean heating is being expanded and the capacity of power supply has been greatly enhanced. However，with the continuous development of the capital city，the demand for the total energy is increasing，and the existing mechanism，emergency support and the operation ability are difficult to meet the demand. It is important to intensify efforts on four aspects：legal guarantee，institutional reform，mechanism construction and energy operation management，to enhance energy support ability.
