本文以客来敬茶的民俗为视角,在物质层面阐释饮茶作为口腹之需的民俗何以形成茶文化的根源。诠释客来敬茶民俗中所蕴含的儒家礼仁观、清廉观、中和观,从而了悟文德化民、化民成俗的中华文化之本和借物寄情的文化特色。客来敬茶民俗正是美德化育社会上下,形成良好社会风尚的文化典范。
<<This paper will based on the folk custom of Ke Lai Jing Cha (serving tea to guests) to explain how drinking tea could form the root of tea culture from the need of human life on material level. By interpretating Confucianism’s perspective of etiquette and benevolence,honesty and upright,moderation and harmony in Ke Lai Jing Cha,so as to understand Chinese cultural characteristics of Jie Wu Ji Qing (expressing feelings by means of objects) and the sources of Chinese culture on converting culture and moral education into the folk custom. Ke Lai Jing Cha is a culture model of moralizing the whole society and promoting a good social custom.
