This paper will based on the folk custom of Ke Lai Jing Cha （serving tea to guests） to explain how drinking tea could form the root of tea culture from the need of human life on material level. By interpretating Confucianism’s perspective of etiquette and benevolence，honesty and upright，moderation and harmony in Ke Lai Jing Cha，so as to understand Chinese cultural characteristics of Jie Wu Ji Qing （expressing feelings by means of objects） and the sources of Chinese culture on converting culture and moral education into the folk custom. Ke Lai Jing Cha is a culture model of moralizing the whole society and promoting a good social custom.
