党的十八届三中全会以来,中央政府全面推进深化国资国企改革,国企改革不断取得新突破,新一轮的国企改革浪潮不断涌现,并在全国各地加速推进。连云港市在此政策背景下,于2015年全面实施了市属国企整合重组工作,组建了六大国有集团公司,通过近三年的运营,各单位运营均取得较为显著的效果,初步达成重组目标。本文以连云港市城建控股集团重组为例,介绍城建类国企整合重组经验,供其他城投公司作他山之石。
<<Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the central government has comprehensively promoted the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,made new breakthroughs in the reform of state-owned enterprises,and a new wave of reform of state-owned enterprises has emerged constantly,and accelerated its promotion throughout the country. Under this policy background,Lianyungang fully implemented the reorganization of municipal state-owned enterprises in 2015,and set up six major state-owned group companies. Through nearly three years of operation,each unit has achieved remarkable results,and initially achieved the goal of reorganization. Taking the reorganization of Lianyungang City Construction Holding Group as an example,this paper introduces the experience of reorganization of state-owned enterprises in urban construction,which can be used as a stone for other enterprises in the industry.
