在国资国企改革持续深化的趋势下，国有企业混合所有制改革作为重要手段，正在探索实践的基础上进一步扩围升级、加速落地。城投公司作为特殊类国有企业，通过引入其他所有制经济，推进混合所有制改革，实现优势互补、相互促进、共同发展，从而有效推动城投公司转型发展，顺应国资国企改革和城投公司转型发展趋势。本文在梳理混合所有制改革历程、政策要求和实现方式的基础上，分析了城投公司混合所有制改革的意义，给出了城投公司开展混合所有制改革的路径，希望帮助城投公司推动混改，实现转型发展。
<<As the reform of state-owned enterprises continues to deepen，the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises，as an important means，is exploring the practice of further expanding，upgrading and accelerating the implementation. As a special kind of state-owned enterprise，urban investment company，through the introduction of other ownership economies，promotes the reform of mixed ownership and realizes complementary advantages，mutual promotion and common development，thus effectively promoting the transformation and development of urban investment company and conforming to the reform of state-owned enterprises and the transformation and development trend of urban investment company. On the basis of analyzing the process of mixed ownership reform，policy requirements and implementation methods，this paper analyzes the significance of mixed ownership reform of urban investment company，and gives the path of mixed ownership reform of urban investment company，in the hope of helping urban investment company to promote mixed ownership reform and achieve transformation development.
